The price per panel is steep, and adding more really adds up. You also have to actually plan out your cable runs. Smart home support is solid, though not perfect. Look, if animated wall art is what you're after, these are one of the best you can get. But if you just want some simple background light on a budget, you can definitely find cheaper panels that do the job.

But if your heart is set on that unique, almost painterly 'twinkly' motion that you can map out yourself, these are the most artful panels I'd put my money on. Honestly, if I were building out a streaming setup today, I’d choose these for the animations alone and just spend an extra 20 minutes hiding the cables. It's worth it.
